Shipping amount is calculated at the end of the order based on delivery address and selected shipping conditions. 

Returns

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ORDER?

You can return the items easily and at no additional cost within 30 days, provided they have not been opened, from the receipt of your order. 


HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER (OR A PART OF IT)?

Please contact us to tell us the reason for the return and so that we can provide you with the instructions to follow for the return. Pack the item to be returned in its original packaging and make sure all items carry their original labels.


WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE THE REFUND?

Refunds are usually effective within 30 days. Keep in mind that banks and credit card managers may take a little longer to process the deposit. Why 30 days? Our quality department must inspect all returned products and confirm that they conform to our Returns Policy. Once the return is approved, a refund will be made in a couple of days on the same account from which the payment was made.


WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED, DEFECTS OR NOT THE ONE I ORDERED?

If this happens, please contact us at the post info@tabao.esso that we can give you the instructions to follow to replace the damaged product.


WILL I RETURN SHIPPING EXPENSES IF I RETURN AN ORDER?

We will refund the shipping costs as long as you have returned all the items in the order and those items are returned in accordance with our return policy. If the return only affects one part of the order, we will not be able to refund your shipping costs.
