Returns

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ORDER?

You can return the items easily and at no additional cost within 15 days, provided they have not been opened, upon receipt of your order.

HOW CAN I MAKE THE RETURN OF MY ORDER (OR A PART OF IT)?

Contact us to indicate the reason for the return and so that we can indicate the instructions to follow for the return. Pack the item to be returned in its original packaging and make sure all items have their original labels.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?

Reimbursements are usually made effective within 14 days. Keep in mind that banks and credit card managers may take longer to process the deposit. Why 14 days? Our quality department must inspect all returned products and confirm that they conform to what is established in our Return Policy. Once the return is approved, a refund will be made in the same account from which the payment was made in a couple of days.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED, PRESENTS DEFECTS OR IS NOT THE ONE I ORDERED?

If this happens, please contact us by email info@bewe.es so we can indicate the instructions to replace the damaged product.

WILL THE SHIPPING COSTS RETURN ME IF I RETURN AN ORDER?

We will proceed to the reimbursement of the shipping costs as long as you have returned all the items of the order and those items are returned according to our return policy. If the return only affects part of the order, we cannot reimburse you for the shipping costs.
